We're sorry to see you go! Here's how to cancel your Clyro subscription and what you need to know about the process.
How to Cancel
- 1.Log into your Clyro dashboard
- 2.Go to Settings then Billing
- 3.Scroll down to "Subscription"
- 4.Click "Cancel Subscription"
- 5.Select a reason for canceling (optional but helpful)
- 6.Confirm your cancellation
What Happens When You Cancel
Immediate Effects
- •Your subscription is marked for cancellation
- •You won't be charged again
- •You can continue using Clyro until the end of your billing period
End of Billing Period
- •Your access to editing features ends
- •Remaining credits expire
- •Your connected stores are disconnected
- •Your account becomes inactive
Good news: Changes you've already made to your Shopify store remain in place. Clyro doesn't remove or reverse any edits when you cancel.
Before You Cancel
Consider these alternatives:
- •Downgrade instead: Switch to a lower tier if cost is a concern
- •Pause your subscription: Take a break without losing your history
- •Contact support: We might be able to help with any issues you're facing
Data Retention
After cancellation:
- •30 days: Your account and history are retained for reactivation
- •After 30 days: Your data may be permanently deleted
- •Theme changes: All edits made to your Shopify store remain
Reactivating Your Account
Changed your mind? You can reactivate within 30 days:
- 1.Log into your Clyro account
- 2.You'll see a prompt to reactivate
- 3.Choose your plan
- 4.Enter payment details
- 5.Your history and settings are restored
Refund Policy
Our refund policy depends on your situation:
- •Monthly plans: No refunds for partial months
- •Annual plans: Prorated refund available within first 14 days
- •Credit packs: No refunds on purchased credit packs

Removing Clyro from Shopify
To completely remove Clyro from your Shopify store:
- 1.Go to your Shopify admin
- 2.Navigate to Apps
- 3.Find Clyro and click "Delete"
- 4.Confirm the removal
Remember: Removing the app from Shopify doesn't cancel your subscription. Make sure to cancel in your Clyro dashboard first.
