How do I change my subscription plan?

Need more credits? Want to try a different plan? Changing your Clyro subscription is easy and takes effect immediately.

How to Change Your Plan

1. 1.Log into your Clyro dashboard
2. 2.Click on your profile icon in the top right
3. 3.Select Settings then Billing
4. 4.Click "Change Plan"
5. 5.Select your new plan
6. 6.Confirm the change

Upgrading Your Plan

When you upgrade to a higher tier:

• •Immediate access: New features and credits are available right away
• •Prorated billing: You only pay the difference for the remaining days in your billing cycle
• •Credits added: The difference in credits is added to your account immediately

Downgrading Your Plan

When you downgrade to a lower tier:

• •Effective next cycle: Your current plan continues until the end of your billing period
• •Keep your credits: Use your remaining credits before the change takes effect
• •Features retained: You'll keep access to all features until the new plan starts

Switching Between Monthly and Annual

Monthly to Annual

Switching to annual billing saves you money (typically 2 months free). When you switch:

• •You'll be charged for the full year immediately
• •Any unused time from your monthly plan is credited
• •Your credits are prorated for the new billing cycle

Annual to Monthly

If you're on an annual plan and want to switch to monthly:

• •The change takes effect at the end of your annual period
• •No refunds are provided for unused annual time
• •You can continue using your annual plan until it expires
